Welcome to Site Loon! PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS ARE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SITE LOON (“SITE LOON,” “WE,” “US” OR “OUR”) GOVERNING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE LOON PLATFORM, WEBSITE, AND ANY RELATED CONTENT, FEATURES, OR SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES”).
Your use of the Services may also be subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies that we post or that you agree to separately (“Supplemental Terms”). These Terms and any Supplemental Terms together form the “Agreement.” If there is a conflict, the Supplemental Terms will control for the applicable Service.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Site Loon provides a generative AI platform that creates and hosts websites (“Your Website”) based on content and inputs you provide.
Features include:
- AI-generated copy and images
- Website editing tools
- Hosting on Site Loon infrastructure
We offer:
- Free access (“Freemium Subscription”)
- Paid plans (“Premium Subscriptions”)
4. AI AND CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of artificial intelligence:
- Outputs may not be unique
- Other users may receive similar results
- Content may be inaccurate or incomplete
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it.
5. ACCOUNTS
5.1 Registration
You may need to create an account and provide accurate information.
5.2 Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
6. PERMITTED USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business or personal use.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, or exploit the Services
- Reverse engineer or modify the platform
- Build competing services
- Use the platform unlawfully
7. YOUR CONTENT
7.1 Ownership
You own your website and content, subject to applicable law.
7.2 License to Site Loon
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Operate and improve the Services
- Analyze usage
- Comply with legal obligations
7.3 Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
8. PAYMENTS
8.1 Billing
Paid subscriptions require a valid payment method.
8.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
8.3 Taxes
You are responsible for applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST).
9. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Distribute malware or spam
- Harvest user data
- Interfere with the platform
10. COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive:
- Service-related emails
- Optional marketing emails (you may unsubscribe anytime)
Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Site Loon against claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms or laws
12. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, including:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Some limitations may not apply under Canadian law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Site Loon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the greater of:
- $100 CAD
- Amount paid in the past 6 months
14. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time.
Upon termination:
- Your account and content may be deleted
- Certain sections remain in effect
15. INTERNATIONAL USE
The Services are operated from Canada. Users accessing from other countries do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (CANADA)
16.1 Informal Resolution
You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with us informally.
16.2 Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Canada, administered by a recognized Canadian arbitration body (e.g., ADR Institute of Canada).
16.3 No Class Actions
Disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
16.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring claims in small claims court where permitted.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
Any court proceedings must take place in British Columbia.
18. GENERAL
- These Terms are the entire agreement
- If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect
- You may not transfer your rights without consent
- We may assign this Agreement freely
